This Privacy Policy describes how Amber Design Studio ("we," "us," or "our") handles user data across all applications and products we develop, including our watch faces (e.g., "Legacy Classic Watch Face", "The Stellar Horizon Watch Face"), our utility applications, and our games (e.g., "Smash Blocks").

At Amber Design Studio, we deeply value our users' privacy. While we do not directly collect, store, or harvest your personal information on our own servers, some of our applications utilize trusted third-party SDKs, advertising networks (such as Google AdMob), and payment processors to provide core functionalities, ads, and in-app purchases.

We do not directly collect or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information that could personally identify you.

Location and Sensor Data

Some of our applications and watch faces access your device's approximate or precise location and sensor data (such as compass/gyroscope) to provide real-time weather updates, air quality indexes, or orientation metrics. This data is processed ephemerally (locally on your device) or transmitted directly to trusted third-party data providers/SDKs to fetch current information. We do not track, store, or share your location history on our own servers.

Local Storage

Any settings, preferences, or offline game progress (e.g., high scores in "Smash Blocks") are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

3. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and In-App Purchases

To support our development and provide robust app features, our applications may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs), APIs, and services. These third parties may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

A. Third-Party Data SDKs and APIs

Our utility and weather applications integrate external APIs/SDKs to retrieve live weather, air quality, and celestial data. Data sent to these providers is strictly limited to what is necessary to fulfill the data request (such as localized coordinates) and is handled ephemerally.

B. Advertising Networks and Consent (Google AdMob, UMP SDK & Cookies)

Some of our free applications and games (such as "Smash Blocks") display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. These advertising partners explicitly collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), cookies, and IP addresses to serve relevant ads, limit ad repetition, and measure ad performance.

In compliance with the GDPR and the Google EU User Consent Policy, our applications integrate the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain user consent in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other applicable regions regarding personalized advertising, cookies, and data usage. You can manage your ad personalization and consent choices within your Android device settings.

C. In-App Purchases and Billing

Our games may offer digital content or features via in-app purchases. All financial transactions are processed securely by the Google Play Store Billing system. Amber Design Studio does not collect, access, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial data. Google provides us only with anonymous transaction confirmations and purchase tokens to unlock your digital assets.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K) Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. Location-Based Services

Our applications may provide location-based services (specifically, real-time weather, air quality, and environment updates) in accordance with the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.

Data Processing

We do not store or transmit your location history. Location data is accessed locally or sent ephemerally to third-party data providers to fetch real-time updates.
