Online meetings of the Board and of Expert panels will be held via ZOOM communication tools. Attending an online meeting does not require any registrations. You can attend an online meeting with a computer, tablet, or phone (see system requirements below). In addition, you will need:
an internet connection (broadband wired or wireless: 3G or 4G/LTE)
speakers and a microphone (or simply a handsfree headset will do)
a webcam (optional)
an invitation with the URL link
Joining a Meeting
The invitations to the meeting will be sent to the participants by email. To join the meeting, click the link in the invitation and follow the instructions on the page that appears.

Joining a Meeting without installing the browser add-on
If you want to join a meeting without installing the browser add-on:
simply wait until the line "If you cannot download or run the application, join from your browser "appears
then click on join from your browser
then fill in your name (please make sure you will be recognizable)
then click Join Audio by Computer
then click on Start Video in the very bottom left corner
TIP: please do so only if you have a webcamera and want to be seen during the meeting
During a Meeting
All participants will be muted when they join the meeting.
The host can grant a word to (= unmute) the participant who raises a hand (see below) during the discussion.
