Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and practices have been at the forefront of library services for several years. Presenters will share their library's successes and failures with initiatives and practices designed to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in their libraries. Panelists will take a closer look at EDI work in the areas of staff focused initiatives and training; EDI committees; collections; programming and outreach; and infrastructure (developing a strategic framework).
