Culture can encompass myriad topics – local and global, individual and societal, departmental and organizational. The Cultures Conference and Extended programs are envisioned as a platform to explore culture in all its facets and the implication for libraries of all types as they respond to and affect change.

This year, we explore mentoring and coaching for individuals, groups, and organizations. What do we mean by “mentoring” and “coaching”? Why is this so important now? Let’s develop a shared language and discover possibilities and resources.
