Designed a cultural appreciation curriculum to teach 1.3K+ across Oregon through Advisor Presentations, Cultural Toolbox Tuesdays, and Weekly Meetings.
Hosted a district-wide Crossroads of Cultures event at the Corvallis Museum.
CMLC Partnership
The Cultural Appreciation Club has launched a partnership with CMLC to offer a multitude of cultural, educational, and uniquely free resources as well as services to a greater community.
Collaborated to offer free cultural educational resources, such as a Global Reference Library, benefiting a community of 6.8K+.
Supported logistics for 5+ cultural observances, including Día de los Muertos, Potlucks, Spring Bazaar, Thanksgiving Around the World, and Winter Bazaar.
SAFE Collaboration
SAFE is a Corvallis School District initiative providing a student perspective on equity and inclusivity in Corvallis schools.
Executed a successful campaign for the passage of Measure 2-130: Public Health and Safety Levy and election of 4 School Board Members in the fiercely contested 2021 Corvallis School Board Elections.
Launched a Bias Incident Report form, Elementary SAFE Affinity Group, Equity Lessons Unit, Ethnic Studies Course, Land-Acknowledgement Mural, and MMIWG2S 5K Run & Walk with 20+ students and 5+ educators.
