The Cultivate Academy-CTX Learning Framework is built on the belief that students become tomorrow's thought leaders by developing strong character, deep understanding, and practical leadership through real-world learning.
At the foundation is META—Metacognition (thinking about how we think and learn) and Faith—which shapes every learning experience and helps students develop wisdom, purpose, and self-awareness.
The framework is supported by four instructional pillars:
Kids R.E.A.D. – Develops strong literacy, communication, research, and critical thinking skills through reading, writing, discussion, and discovery.
2T2L2 (To Teach Is To Learn Twice) – Students deepen their own understanding by teaching others, building confidence, leadership, collaboration, and mastery.
S4 Entrepreneurship – Students apply academic learning through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, innovation, and problem-solving while creating real products and businesses.
Urban Agriculture YLUA (Youth-Led Urban Agriculture) – Students engage in hands-on science, environmental stewardship, food systems, and sustainable agriculture to serve their community.
Connecting these pillars are Learning Taxonomies and Kingdom Principles, ensuring students progress from knowledge acquisition to higher-order thinking while developing integrity, stewardship, service, and purpose.
Together, this framework equips students to become lifelong learners, servant leaders, entrepreneurs, and responsible stewards who are prepared to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
