Cultivating thinkers, one experience at a time.
Cultivate Academy-CTX is a microschool rooted in urban agriculture, leadership development, and whole-child learning. We empower students to grow academically, nutritionally, and spiritually through hands-on experiences in farming, entrepreneurship, literacy, and Kingdom-centered values. As a program of the Un-Included Club, Cultivate Academy fosters purpose, creativity, and wellness—equipping youth to lead with knowledge, integrity, and service in their communities and beyond.
To cultivate generations of youth who lead with purpose, grow with wisdom, and transform their communities through stewardship, entrepreneurship, and faith.
Cultivate Academy-CTX exists to develop resilient, purpose-driven youth through a whole-child education model rooted in urban agriculture, literacy, leadership, and Kingdom Principles.
We empower students to grow academically and spiritually while practicing real-world skills in farming, wellness, and business—preparing them to become community-minded leaders and stewards of the earth.
Cultivate Academy-CTX is a microschool and training hub dedicated to preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders through hands-on learning, community wellness education, and entrepreneurship. Our students engage in a unique, staged process of growth and development:
Early Childhood (Pre-K – Lower Elementary): Students explore plant species, edible plants, and their nutritional benefits, grounding their learning in discovery and curiosity.
Upper Elementary & Middle School: Students begin to research and present agricultural knowledge through public speaking and article writing, developing leadership and communication skills.
High School: Students design and implement agriculture-centered business plans with the opportunity to earn a business start-up investment at graduation, equipping them with tools for entrepreneurship and community impact.
