Terms of Service — Cube Strike

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cube Strike application (“Game” or “App”), developed by Zandeko Studio. By installing, accessing, or using Cube Strike, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cube Strike is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the Game is strictly prohibited, except as permitted by law.

2. In-App Advertising and Purchases

Cube Strike displays third-party ads, including Google AdMob, in accordance with the privacy and data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You may choose to make in-app purchases, including ad removal and virtual currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

3. Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and sharing of user information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
No personal information is shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide game services.

4. Responsibilities and Safety

Cube Strike is suitable for players aged 13 and up, according to content rating guidelines. The Game does not contain sensitive or inappropriate content and is intended for general audiences.

Zandeko Studio is committed to keeping the Game updated and secure but is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of progress, device failures, or issues resulting from improper use of the App.

Cube Strike does not store any personally identifiable information about players. All progress and settings are saved only locally on your device or, if you choose to use Google Play Games, are managed exclusively by the Google platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Cube Strike, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or for technical or legal reasons.
