This Privacy Policy describes how the application "Cube Strike: Color Puzzle" (“Game”) collects, uses, and protects your information. The game was developed to offer a casual and fun experience without requiring personal user data. This policy complies with the requirements of Google Play, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant regulations.
The Game does not request or require information such as name, email, phone number, or location.
All settings are stored locally on the user's device.
Device technical data: model, operating system, language, screen resolution.
Game events: levels played, wins, losses, interactions with menus and buttons.
Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / IDFA).
Aggregated and anonymous information about app usage.
We use the Google AdMob service to display ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect:
Device ID (for ad frequency capping)
Information about ad viewing and interaction
Technical data (such as carrier, network connection, and device type)
Other anonymous information, as described in Google’s policy

To save player progress (level, lives, coins)

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
The game offers a one-time purchase option (“No Ads”) to remove mandatory ads.
No personal data is requested to make a purchase, which is processed by the device’s official store (Google Play).
The purchase status is saved locally on the user’s device.
We do not store payment data or personal information.
If the user changes or loses their device, it is possible to restore the “No Ads” purchase using the same Google Play account, via the “Restore Purchases” option available in the game’s settings menu.
We do not sell or share personal data.
We may share aggregated and anonymized data with advertising services solely for the purpose of delivering appropriate ads.
Legitimate interest: basic game functionality and anonymous statistics
Consent: rewarded ads and advertising ID collection are based on user consent, provided at installation via Google Play
All data is stored locally on the user’s device
The user can delete all data using the “Reset Progress” button in the settings menu
7.1 Purchase Recovery (No Ads)
If the user loses their progress, changes devices, or reinstalls the game, a “Restore Purchases” button is available directly on the No Ads offer screen. This feature allows users to recover previously purchased items, provided they are using the same store account as the original purchase. There is no additional cost to restore acquired benefits.
Please note:
In accordance with store policies and relevant regulations, it is not possible to restore consumable or single-use in-app purchases (such as one-time boosters or packs). Only permanent purchases, like the removal of ads (“No Ads”), can be restored.
Users may request full deletion of their data
No sensitive personal data is retained or processed by the game
9. Children
The game may be played by children, but no personal data is collected
We do not serve personalized ads to users under 13 years of age, as defined by local laws
The game does not transmit any data to proprietary servers
Local data is stored securely and in isolation
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or game features
The update date will always be shown at the top of this document
