This Privacy Policy explains how The Cube Stack ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Cube IQ: Brain Quiz & Trivia ("the App"). It applies to all users of the App worldwide, including users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We have designed the App to respect your privacy. The App is built to work primarily on your device, and we do not operate servers that collect or store your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

The App lets you enter a username and creates study data such as your flashcard progress, streaks, ranks, daily goals, settings, and any custom decks you create. All of this information is stored locally on your device using your device's storage. It is not transmitted to us, and we do not have access to it.

Because this information stays on your device:

• We cannot see, collect, retrieve, or store it.

• If you delete the App, this information is deleted from your device along with it.

• We do not maintain user accounts, and we do not require you to register or provide an email address to use the App.

2.2 Information we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address

• Your precise or approximate location (GPS)

• Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone

• Analytics or usage tracking data (we do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any similar analytics tools)

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an optional paid subscription, Cube IQ Premium, which unlocks additional features.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details or billing information. Apple handles all payment processing, billing, renewals, and refunds in accordance with Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

When you make a purchase, Apple may share with us limited, non-identifying information needed to confirm that a valid purchase or subscription exists (for example, a purchase receipt used to verify entitlement). We use this only to unlock the features you paid for. We do not use it to identify you personally.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

5. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information from you, we do not use your personal information for any purpose. Information you create in the App (such as study progress) is used only by the App, on your device, to provide its features to you.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, because we do not collect it. The only third party involved in the App's operation is Apple, which processes purchases as described in Section 3 and which provides the platform on which the App runs.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App. Because your information is stored locally on your device and not on our servers, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device (for example, your device passcode and the protections provided by your device's operating system). No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the on-device design of the App significantly reduces privacy risk.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding personal information. Because we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, in most cases there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You remain in control of the information stored on your device, which you can erase at any time by deleting the App or using the App's reset feature.

8.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Because we do not collect or process your personal data, we do not hold any personal data on which to act.
