For more than 25 years, CTSFSDA has been offering opportunities for school nutrition professionals to gain useful and industry specific informational thru personalized sessions for professional and personal growth.  We have developed a tight-knit team of Food Service directors, assistant directors and managers all working towards a better child nutrition program. 

One of the most valuable aspects of CTSFSDA is the opportunity to network in an informal setting not only with other food service professionals, but also industry members. Our Winter Symposium & our August Academy are both annual events geared towards networking and knowledge.

During these bi-annual events, we have representatives from TDA, local Chefs, & food service directors all presenting current events & best practices. These special events offer an opportunity to have an intimate training experience with an emphasis on making the best, and most successful child nutrition program possible.
