Target audience - Who the product will be sold to (this might include age range, class, gender, etc.)
Age groups - The range of ages on which a product may appeal to, e.g. A Lego video game might be aimed at ages 5-10.
Gender - What gender the product is aimed at. Examples include male, female, trans, neutral genders (all), etc.
Ethnic groups - A group of people that have a common background or culture, whether through race, religion or language.
Location - The location of the majority of your target audience. This does not need to be a fixed location but can also be local, national, global.
Income group - The income group of you target audience affects the type of product, how its made and where its made and quality of the product. Examples include working, middle and upper class.
Accessibility - Meeting the needs of people who are less able (when creating a product). Such as sight, hearing and people with physical restrictions.
