Terms & Conditions for PMO, Lust & Urge Tracker: CTRL

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of PMO, Lust & Urge Tracker: CTRL (“CTRL”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using CTRL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Purpose of the App
CTRL is a self-improvement, habit-tracking, and reflection app designed to help users build digital discipline, track recovery progress, reflect on patterns, manage urges, and create healthier routines.
The app may include features such as streak tracking, check-ins, urge logs, reset reflections, win logs, journaling, pattern insights, recovery lessons, breathing exercises, and other supportive tools.
CTRL is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, sexual health, legal, or other professional advice.
If you need medical, psychological, mental health, or crisis support, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your area.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use CTRL.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
CTRL is not directed to children under 13.
Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in using supported authentication methods such as email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account and to contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
User Content and Recovery Data
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the app, including journal entries, notes, check-ins, urge logs, reset reflections, win logs, and other recovery-related information.
You agree not to enter content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or that violates the rights of another person.
You should avoid entering unnecessary personally identifying information into journal entries, notes, or reflections.
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices you have.

Subscriptions, Lifetime Access, and Purchases
CTRL is free to download, but access to the app’s tools, content, tracking features, and recovery-support features requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase after the initial onboarding and purchase screen. The monthly subscription may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users. CTRL may also offer introductory offers, lifetime access, or other paid access options.
Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription and purchase access may be managed through Apple and RevenueCat for entitlement and premium access management.
Subscription prices, durations, renewal terms, free trials, introductory offers, and billing details are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings according to Apple’s rules.
If you do not want a subscription or trial to renew, you must cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
Deleting your CTRL account or deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Refunds, billing issues, and subscription cancellations are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. We do not receive your full payment card details and cannot directly control Apple billing.
Lifetime access, if offered, provides access to the applicable premium features for the lifetime of the app or service, subject to platform availability, technical limitations, legal requirements, and changes to app functionality over time.
Premium Features
Paid access may include tracking, reflection, insight, customization, recovery-support, or productivity features.
We may update, add, improve, modify, or remove features over time. Some features may require an internet connection, account access, device permissions, platform availability, or supported iOS capabilities.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system version, country, region, or account status.
Shield and Protection Features
If Shield, protection, blocking, Screen Time, or similar features are available in the app, they are provided as supportive tools and may depend on Apple iOS capabilities, user permissions, device settings, and technical limitations.
CTRL does not guarantee that every adult website, mirror domain, search result, browser path, image, video, keyword, third-party app, or loophole will be blocked.
Protection features are intended to add friction and support self-control. They are not a guarantee of complete prevention.
No Guarantee of Results
CTRL may help you track behavior, notice patterns, reflect on triggers, build routines, and support discipline.
However, we do not guarantee any specific recovery, health, emotional, relationship, financial, academic, productivity, or lifestyle outcome.
Your progress depends on many personal factors outside the app’s control.
Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer
CTRL does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, clinical services, or crisis support.
Information, lessons, insights, reminders, or app-generated suggestions are for self-improvement and general habit-support purposes only.
If you are experiencing distress, addiction-related concerns, mental health difficulties, or any medical issue, you should seek help from a qualified professional.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app.
You must not:
attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission
interfere with the app’s security, operation, or infrastructure
reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute protected parts of the app except where allowed by law
use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative purposes
submit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
abuse support channels or impersonate another person
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, how third-party services may be involved, and what rights or choices may be available to you.
By using CTRL, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion
Where available, you can delete your account inside the app.
Deleting your account may delete or remove access to account-related information and associated app data, depending on your account status, sync status, technical requirements, and legal obligations.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

App Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
Some features may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, platform restrictions, device limitations, internet connection problems, or changes required by Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, or other service providers.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or loss of access caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Third-Party Services
CTRL may rely on third-party services for authentication, subscriptions, purchases, analytics, diagnostics, cloud functionality, or app reliability.
These services may include Apple, Firebase / Google services, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, RevenueCat, and Apple App Store / In-App Purchase.
Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual Property
CTRL, including its design, branding, interface, text, visuals, features, software, and other app materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use according to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, modify, or create derivative works from the app unless allowed by law or with written permission.
Feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to use them to improve the app without obligation to compensate you.
You should not send confidential information through feedback or support channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTRL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every individual situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create security risks, or use the app in a way that may harm other users, the app, or the developer.
You may stop using the app at any time. You may also delete your account where available.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above or provide notice through the app or website where appropriate.
Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
