CTPC provides "Ready-to-Work" candidates to CROs across India. CROs invest significant time and money in training fresh candidates and expect high performance from them. The "On-Job Training" module is CTPC’s flagship program, designed to bridge this gap.

Additionally, we offer GCP/GLP certification training and 21 CFR Part 11 training as second-line certification courses. All course materials are developed by industry-experienced professionals, ensuring alignment with current regulations and best practices.

Our modules are specifically designed for the corporate sector, providing them with job-ready candidates for specialized roles. The CRO sector typically incurs high costs and spends substantial time on training freshers. The process of investing in on-job training for fresh candidates is both time-consuming and resource-intensive.

At CTPC, we take on this responsibility instead of the CROs—screening candidates, providing job-specific training, and preparing them as "Ready-to-Work" professionals. We also offer initial training to all selected freshers, reducing on-site training time and ensuring high efficiency.
