I founded CT Management Company to provide dependable property coordination and administrative support for property owners and investors who need a trusted local resource. I am not a licensed real estate agent or property manager and do not perform activities requiring licensure. Instead, I provide à la carte professional coordination, documentation, and administrative support tailored to the needs of property owners and investors.

As both a property owner/investor and a seasoned Executive Assistant with more than 30 years of administrative and project management experience, I understand the challenges of managing an investment property when you cannot be onsite. I know firsthand how important it is to have reliable information, trusted vendor relationships, and someone who can ensure that projects and property-related tasks are handled efficiently. I understand the need to have eyes on your property when you are not able to. 

My background has been built on coordinating complex projects, managing competing priorities, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that critical details don't fall through the cracks. I bring those same skills to supporting property owners and investors.

Whether it's coordinating vendors, providing property condition reports, documenting repairs, meeting contractors, scheduling inspections, providing photo and video updates, or serving as your local point of contact for your tenants / guests, my goal is to help owners stay informed and make confident decisions without the time and expense of unnecessary travel.
