Nora TIGZIRI is a Professor in Berber linguistics at the department of Amazigh language and culture, university of Tizi-Ouzou. Where she leads the "phonetics / phonology, linguistic technologies" research axis at the Amazigh language planning and teaching laboratory. She is Editor-in-chief of the ILES D IMESLI journal. She supervises several theses, national and international research projects. Pr. Tigziri is a member of several national level expert committees in research and evaluation. She is associate editor in several national journals and member of the scientific committee of several international journals. Her research interests include Applied linguistics; sociolinguistics; automatic language processing.

Pr. Mohand Ouamer BIBI obtained his Ph. D in Applied Mathematics from the University of Minsk, Belarus. Currently, he is a Professor in the Department of Operational Research and Research Director at LaMOS research unit, University of Bejaia. He wrote a book of Higher Mathematics in Amazigh languages. His research interests include Mathematics, Amazigh linguistics and applications.

Mr. Oubelkacem is the Initiator of the free Kabyle language vocal corpus at Mozilla (Common Voice, Sentence Collector) since 2017, Member of the group for internationalization and localization of systems "Imsidag Iqbayliyen" (or Kabyle locators) responsible for localizing systems and tools: Navigators, Word processing, operating systems, applications for android ...
Also, he is the free corpus Initiator of sentences and translations of the Kabyle language at Tatoeba. He has Implemented NLP tools dealing with Kabyle language: Morphology (dictionary), Syntax (Morphosyntax labeling), language detection and classification, lemmatization. Mr. Oubelkacem is L10N manager of the Kabyle locale at Mozilla since 2015, Reps of the Kabyle locale within the Common Voice project since September 2021. Furthermore, He has Implemented bilingual keyboards (Kabyle-French azerty, Kabyle-Italian, Kabyle-Spanish, Kabyle-English qwerty) for Windows and Linux.

Abdelaziz BERKAI est enseignant chercheur au département de langue et culture amazighes de l’Université A. Mira de Béjaia. Il est titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en mathématiques (DES), d’un doctorat, soutenu publiquement avec la mention « très honorable » et les félicitations du jury à l’unanimité, et d’une habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR) en langue et culture amazighes. Il est l’auteur notamment d’un Lexique de la linguistique français-anglais-berbère, précédé par un essai de typologie des procédés néologiques, paru chez L’Harmattan, Paris, 2007, et réédité chez Achab, Tizi Ouzou, 2009, et de plusieurs articles d’ouvrages et de revues parus pour la plupart à l’étranger et relevant de plusieurs secteurs de la linguistique (lexicographie, lexicologie, terminologie, phonétique, morphosyntaxe, terminologie, sociolinguistique, parémiologie…).
