Message to students:
Note: Although students are welcome to register for the Student Networking and Hiring Event up to the day of the event, we encourage students to submit their registration as soon as possible!
Early bird pricing lasts until February 14, two weeks before the event.
Approximately one week prior to the event, resumes of students who have already registered will be shared with the interviewers and exhibitors in attendance. In the past, some interviewers have reached out to students prior to the event to encourage them to sign up for interviews with their companies. An updated resume booklet will be shared with sponsors, exhibitors, and interviewers following the event after all student resumes have been received.
Please check out the video displayed here for an overview of our event. If you have any additional questions, contact us for any help.
Coming Soon.
No - you can network and attend other portions of the event without scheduling interviews. You will still need to register as a student.
This section will be updated as employers register for the event! Please see below for employers who registered for the 2025 hiring event.
Yes, it is perfectly fine to leave any of your interview slots free. However, maximizing your interviews will give you the best opportunities, and it does't hurt to practice your interviewing skills!
This is up to each employer's discretion, but we anticipate those attending are looking for quality candidates for several roles such as interns, part-time, and full-time hires.
If you uploaded your resume during registration, it will be distributed to all of the interviewers prior to the day of the event. However, we recommend that you bring paper copies of your resume to provide to the interviewers for their reference during interviews.
With our online interview sign up system, you will be able to sign up and cancel interviews that you are not able to attend. However, please do so as soon as possible so that the time slot can be available for another student to utilize.
Each interview session will last about 15-20 minutes and you will be able to sign up for 12 interview sessions this year.
Yes! Anyone who is looking for a job can participate. Employers will be focused on hiring for entry-level openings, but may have other positions available as well.
