Interviewers who also sponsor receive all the above benefits.
With your $150 sponsorship your company will receive recognition in our printed materials (student package), email blasts, and announcements during the day. Your company's logo will also be prominently displayed throughout the duration of the event.
With your $250 sponsorship (or greater), you will receive all of the benefits above, as well as recognition on our registration site, and on materials for the interviewing organizations.
All sponsors and interviewers will receive digital copies of that year’s Student Resume Booklet, which compiles the resumes of all students registered for the event. Interviewers will be sent the preliminary Resume Booklet approximately one week prior to the Hiring Event. Sponsors that will not be attending the event, as well as all interviewers in attendance, will receive the finalized Resume Booklet approximately one week following the event.
Each interview "booth" will be provided a table and two chairs. Electrical outlets are present but are limited; please bring your own extension cords, etc.
Yes. Each employer is allotted two interviewers per table. Additional interviewer slots can be purchased for an additional $100 each.
Paid parking garages and lots are available near DC Water HQO. We will coordinate more specific parking logistics with registrants directly.
Students will be able to sign up ahead of time via an online interview sign up system (signup.com). Employers will be provided access to this link as well and will be able to view who has signed up to interview with them. If students do not sign up prior to the event, they will be able to sign up for interviews onsite.

You will be given the resume book about a week prior to the event. You will receive an updated resume book with any additional resumes we received from walk-ins and any student who wished to update their resumes in our system about a week after the event.
