The CSUSM SHRM Board offers leadership opportunities beyond general membership, giving students the chance to take on meaningful responsibilities and gain real-world experience. As officers graduate or transition each semester, we are always looking for new leaders to join the team.
Officers work closely with the CSUSM SHRM board to support events, strengthen member engagement, identify professional opportunities across San Diego County, and connect with the San Marcos business community. Through this involvement, officers develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, organization, and leadership while contributing to a collaborative student organization.
Serving as an officer is an opportunity to grow professionally, support fellow students, and prepare for future leadership roles within CSUSM SHRM. We are excited to support the next generation of student leaders.
