Event location
The Workshop will take place at Google London - 6 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG, UK.
Travel
If you require us to arrange and fund your travel, please let us know in the Registration form. Our event partner will contact you directly to arrange your travel to the event.
Airport/train station transfers
Please arrange your own transport to/from your airport/station of departure and when in London. We are unable to reimburse these costs.

Insurance
Important: participants traveling to the workshop are not covered by Google's corporate travel insurance, nor can we guarantee you'll be covered under any government health care schemes. We advise you to take out your own policy for medical coverage and repatriation before you travel.
Expenses
All meals during the workshop will be paid for by Google. Please note, we won't cover non-essential expenses, such as mini bar, phone calls, bar bills, etc. If in doubt, please email CSR-workshop2019@google.com.
Visas
If you require a visa to enter the UK, please email CSR-workshop2019@google.com and we will contact you to prepare your visa support letter.
Dress code
The dress code for the event is loosely defined as 'casual'. Please simply wear what you are comfortable in!
Visitor Policy
We kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos inside the Google office. Please don’t share or discuss any confidential information you see or hear during your visit.
Laptops & Internet access
Wireless broadband is available for guests. Feel free to bring your laptops to the office to check emails during breaks. You won't require them during sessions, however.
