This Gang Narcotics Task Force is mainly for the gang investigations side of SBI. They are the muscle of our subdivision and are the best of the best when it comes to investigation. They are the spearhead of the war on organized crime and drug trafficking in the state as well as the assistance in sting operations held by the Undercover Unit.

They're the front line of solving the most complex cases, responsible for getting to the bottom of even the most bizarre of scenes, the S.B.I. hires the best and brightest of detectives for the purpose of ensuring the complete safety of our citizens and providing the epitome of top-notch detective performance. They're accompanied by their Gang & Narcotics Task Force, The Undercover Unit, and the Special Investigative Services, each playing a unique role in keeping this state safe and drug-free.
UNDERCOVER UNIT
Undercover Units are responsible for going into suspect properties or establishments and getting confessions or incriminating evidence to help bring the suspect behind bars all while maintaining a "cover" so that their true identity remains anonymous. Undercover units are the core to all sting ops, and are the frontline to most investigations. We focus on getting ourselves trusted and well known in the crime community, and getting information from the inside, whilst never getting caught.
