Govind has experience with a wide range of classical music styles, instruments, and vocal techniques. Before attending BCIT, he worked in a product quality testing environment, gaining hands-on familiarity with structured workflows and attention to detail. Govind highly motivated, adaptable, and always eager to learn and expand his skill set. 

Mechatronic Systems Engineering grad from SFU with a strong background in project management and technical expertise. As a Resident Advisor and Peer Tutor at BCIT, Sung supports students and shares his knowledge. Notable projects include designing and building a tube notcher for BCIT's machine shop. Proven ability to drive projects forward and contribute to team success. Skilled in mathematics, coding, and robotics, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Collaborative team player with a competitive spirit, evident in Sung’s experience playing competitive dodgeball and leading projects. 

Walker is also actively involved with BCIT's Racing Team, competing in the SAE Baja competition. Walker is regularly applying engineering principles to real-world challenges. Proven ability to contribute to innovative projects, such as designing a hobbyist mountain bike for a capstone project. Passionate about problem-solving, programming, and strategic thinking, as evident in his enthusiasm for Tetris. 

Nala is a mechanical engineering student with a wide range of interests. She is a freeride skier who spends most winters in Whistler, and she’s currently on SAE Baja’s drivetrain team, where she enjoys using CAD to bring ideas to life. She previously helped run automotive and aviation clubs in high school, but also has an interest in the field of business. Outside of engineering, Nala is really into ’80s music, vinyl records, and retro audio systems, and she even built her own electric guitar. Nala loves networking and doing deep-dive research, and is a massive bunny lover. After university, Nala aims to help build a souped up '80s Pontiac Firebird.

Results-driven professional with 3 years of experience in irrigation, seeking to leverage his skills in a new context by pursuing further education at BCIT. Outside of engineering, Zach is a car enthusiast with a unique collection - 3 non-running vehicles that he is restoring in his spare time. Zach is a music connoisseur and analog photography enthusiast, always on the lookout for new inspiration. Material science is a particular interest of Zach’s, and he is excited to explore its applications in innovative projects. 

Transitioning from Langara, where Sonia excelled in higher-level math and physics courses. Sonia is eager to apply her skills and knowledge in a new setting. When she’s not engineering, she is often found playing bass, roller skating, or expressing herself through paint. Sonia thrives in group settings, guiding and learning alongside others. Her experience as a cook and martial arts instructor has honed her leadership and communication skills, allowing Sonia to provide constructive feedback and support.
