Virtual Computer Build

Project Description: 

I built a virtual computer using PCPartPicker. I wanted a computer that could handle games at 1440p and a high refresh rate. Therefore, I built a computer using high end components to give me the gaming experience I wanted.

Lessons Learned 

Previously, I thought computers were only composed of three things: the monitor, desktop, and keyboard & mouse. Today, I learned that computers were made up of more components, specifically the twelve components I needed to build my virtual computer. Also, I thought that 8 GB of RAM would be enough for a gaming workload, but I found out that 16 GB was recommended for moderate gaming. I chose 32 GB because I would like to keep applications open in the background while I play games.
