For this mind map, I had to plan my success, what I needed to do to accomplish my goal, and how to make it more manageable.Â
🌸Learn The Game- take my time to learn the game. Combat, locations, skills.
🌸Analyze Data- study enemies, analyze the game mechanics, analyze my failures and successes, like "I died... why? How can I improve?"
🌸Make Strategy- Do research on which class is the best to start with, where is a good spot to level up, and where upgrade the gear.
🌸Define The Game Mission- Do I want to just do the main story or DLC too? How about finishing the game for 100%? In which order do I want to do that?
🌸Word - I knew pretty much everything there was to know about Word. One thing that I did not know was the Header & Footer in the View, because I never needed to use it.Â
Headers & Footers – Add repeating info at the top or bottom of pages.
🌸 PowerPoint - As for the PowerPoint, I really know everything about using it. I had to make a lot of presentations on PowerPoint for my classes and clubs in high school and college. Luckily for me, I had a very strict teacher in high school, so our presentations had to be "perfect".
One thing that I did not know was the history of PowerPoint.Â
🌸Excel - I know the basics for the Excel, but I learned a LOT. Like: AutoSum, Logical button with IF statements, Format, Freeze Panes, Hide & Unhide rows and columns, Page Layout, Switch Row/Column, and Sort & Filter.
I know most of the basic staff, but I did not know the terms and what a certain thing is called.
Hierarchy is a way of organizing information, so you can understand where things live, how they relate, and how to find them again. Like a family tree.Â
🌸Root FolderÂ
When working with files and folders, a natural hierarchy exists.Â
In this example... cat.jpg is a file located in the Photos folder, which is inside the MyPictures folder, which lives in the Root Folder.Â
🌸Working File vs Deliverable File (in concept)Â
a working file (used for editing and making changes)Â
a deliverable file (used for sharing, submitting, or publishing)Â
Saving commits your changes so the program can read and edit them later (working file).Â
Exporting converts your work into a format that other programs or people can easily use (deliverable file).Â
System software is what makes hardware usable and allows apps to run. Microsoft, Windows, Android.
(OSS) is code designed to be publicly accessible, allowing anyone to inspect, modify, and distribute it.Â
🌸Styles/HeadingsÂ
Define sections and create a hierarchy in your documentÂ
🌸FontÂ
The style of your letters.Â
🌸Multimedia (what are the 5 types?)Â
Text, Graphics, Animation, Audio, VideoÂ
Relative Reference: Changes when copied to another cell.Â
Example: C5 copied right becomes D5 - copied down becomes C6.Â
Absolute Reference: Does not change when copied. Uses the $ signs.Â
Example: $C$6 stays the same wherever you copy it.Â
