The mind maps project teaches how organize thoughts and ideas into a mind map. Having a visual helps us better understand our goal and what can be done to better reach this goal. My mind map being example, my goal of wanting to develope a healthier lifestyle. Some things i can do is including whole foods into my diet and eating less sugar.
Lessons learned:
Sitting down and creating a map of the goal we have and want to reach is benefical. It allows for one to untangle the ideas in our head, spread them out and create a plan that can be accomplished.Â
