"Thousands of medical devices and systems pose IoT security risk" an article written by Nathan Eddy, follows Himaja Motheram a security researcher. Motheram claims that healthcare devices and systems are vulnerable and exposed. Putting images and other private information of patients in potential danger to attackers. The lack of authentication of devices and systems allows attackers to expolit weak points. Motheram suggests implementing firewalls and VPNS can make access points more secure, Furthermore adding multi-factor authentication to make difficult for attackers to gain access. The article was published on October 11 2024, the article presents the information by splitting it in four sections. First presenting the issue and the then giving three suggestions on how to fix the issue.

Many have witnessed phising attacks through many different ways. One example is through email, in the article "Phising attacks targets Massachusetts employee emails" talks briefly on the actual victiums of the phising scam. It would have been benefical to hear the victims and how it happened, furthermore how it impacted them. Despite this it does say the information that may have been accessed, for example contact information, health information or personal. Lastly the article gives advice to the reader on how to recognize a phising scheme. Some examples include claiming there is a problem with your payment information, send you a package deliver notification, or promise to help you pay off your student loans. The article was written by Ashley Shook and published on November 11 2024. I do think the article provides acurate information, I and many people have gotten emails or messages that offer us money or tell us that something is wrong and that we need to take action or there will be consequences.
