This assignment asked me to find and share (Ethically) four forms of media, including an image, an animation, a sound file, and a video, along with where it was found and proper crediting.

This is a picture made based off of a game I enjoy called Dark Souls 3, Which is also where I got the banner art I use. This is a Fan art posted on the internet I found through google, and after looking through the licensing on the page it was posted on (DeviantArt) I found multiple clauses saying that the owner cannot trademark their work and others may repost or use it as long as it isn't plagiarized and proper credit is given to the original creator of the work. This along with the Fair Use guidelines show I am aloud to share this work with proper credits given.

For the animation I searched for Star Wars animations and GIF's on google, and while I found some, most I wanted to use where from the site GIPHY, so I went there to search instead and found this animation of Yoda that I liked. Many of the posts on this site where on google and even offered an embed code to make use easier, and while the guidelines are similar to others, it still requires proper credit given and warns somethings on the site may be copyrighted, and so users should be careful not to try using them improperly or plagiarizing the works posted on this site.

Untitled video - Made with Clipchamp_1683471833439.gifI looked for interesting sound files and found a website that has free commercial licensed sound and audio files for download and use by anyone. When I found this site I went to look and the sounds under the "Funny" tab to see if any interested me, and found this interesting sound titled , "Cartoon falling whistle" and thought it was interesting so I downloaded it to use for this project.

This is a video I personal made as an introduction for another collage course I am taking, It is an accounting course using QuickBooks, which is why i talk about that art the end. I am a very privet person and don't like sharing much on myself but thought this posed a great opportunity to put a face to the name (and show how I pronounce my name) of the person making this website.
Under the "Free Use Guidelines" I am sharing this video, which I am the origibal creator of, and was posted on FlipGrid.

Lessons Learned
I learned how to embed multiple different files through this assignment, along with how long and tricky some licensing information can be. Finding the part of Licensing agreement to show that I am aloud to use some information is very difficult for me, and gave me trouble through this assignment.
