Brightspace is always trying to communicates information however if you don't understand how, it communicates information you will often ignore it. Some examples of this are every time you complete assignments on contents Brightspace tells you what you completed and what you haven't with a simple check mark and supplication alerts lets you know who replied to the same discussion bored you replied to or if someone has replied to your response. This is Brightspace but all websites communicate information to you like this and we often don't recognize this because most weren't taught about this. 

Finally, the biggest thing I learned was how to work my email this taught me that the only thing I knew was how to send an email nothing else. First off, my emails look so much professional but most importantly I learned what all those other buttons on outlook are and why there used.  CC I've been using Carbon copy by adding the email of the person I was already sending the email too not realizing the whole point of CC was to send it to multiple people that might need to be inform of the information your sending, I learned how to add my signature to an email what BCC and why you need a Blind carbon copy.
