Orientation session information

• If you are planning on taking CSC 400 in the Fall please read the following:

  • After final exams, the CS Department will be holding a detailed CSC 400 information session. In the meantime, here is some important information you should be aware of:

    1. Students must work in a team of no more than 3 students. Students cannot work independently,

    2. All teams must have a project that is approved by Dr. Sheta who is teaching the course in the Fall. (more info to follow at info session)

    3. All projects must have a project client/sponsor. The sponsor cannot be a student.

    4. The CSC Department will have some projects that teams can choose from however, teams are more than welcome to find their own project and project sponsor (pending approval by Dr. Sheta).

    5. Registration for CSC 400 requires departmental permission. Departmental permission is granted (by Dr. Sheta) to all members of a team after the team’s project has been approved.
