The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005)

Everyman Arthur Dent is swept off Earth by his alien friend, Ford Prefect, shortly before Earth is destroyed to make space for an interstellar runway. He then proceeds to go on intergalactic adventures with a girl he lost a chance with, Trillion, and president of the galaxy Zaphod.
