LIMITED LODGING FOR STUDENTS: We have some limited funds to cover the lodging of a few students and recent PhDs who will take part in our conference. In order to be considered a student will have to present a contributed talk. We will make a selection based on the abstract of their talk, their CV (including a list of publications, if available) and a confidential letter from their advisor. Please send all materials to CataniaSetTheory@gmail.com by December 21 with subject line "Lodging Application", after completing your registration and submitting your abstract. The outcome of the selection will be announced by mid January. Those who have recently completed their PhD or are near completion will be given priority.

SCAM ALERT: We have detected scam activity by some companies trying to sell accommodation services to the participants of our conference. It seems like they have been collecting information on the registered participants from the preliminary list that was made public on our website. Note that we did not share any contact information on our website other than the names and affiliations of the participants. We ask the participants to report any similar cases to the organizers.

We remind you that the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Catania is the only organizer of the conference, and all correspondence with the participants is through the email address provided on our webpage. In any case, do not give your credit card information to anyone who claims to operate on our behalf.

From their email address we identified one of the companies which responsible for the scam:

Expo Hotel Services, Hans-sachs-strasse 6, 42281 Wuppertal, Germany
