CryptoSonus Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CryptoSonus Android application (the "App") and related services provided by FYMindS ("CryptoSonus," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, checking the box confirming that you accept these Terms, or otherwise using CryptoSonus after accepting these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by them.

You must accept these Terms before you can access and use CryptoSonus. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of CryptoSonus

CryptoSonus is an information and media application that provides cryptocurrency-related news, summaries, audio content, and general market-impact analysis.

CryptoSonus may provide information relating to Bitcoin, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies or digital assets.

The App may include content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, including:

• News summaries

• Market-impact analysis

• Cryptocurrency classifications

• Audio narration

• Other informational content

CryptoSonus is intended to provide general informational and educational content.

2. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

CryptoSonus does not provide personalized financial, investment, trading, portfolio-management, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Information and analysis provided through the App are for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in CryptoSonus constitutes:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold cryptocurrency

• A solicitation or offer to purchase or sell a financial or crypto asset

• A personalized investment recommendation

• A trading signal

• A guarantee of future price movements

• Portfolio management

• A recommendation based on your personal financial circumstances

References to Bitcoin, Litecoin, or any other cryptocurrency do not constitute a recommendation that you purchase, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in that asset.

CryptoSonus does not know your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, financial resources, tax position, or individual circumstances and does not provide recommendations based on such information.

3. Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets can be highly volatile and speculative.

The value of a cryptocurrency may increase or decrease rapidly, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Regulatory developments, market conditions, technological changes, security incidents, liquidity, macroeconomic conditions, and many other factors can affect cryptocurrency prices.

You are solely responsible for your own financial and investment decisions.

Before making an investment or trading decision, you should conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. AI-Generated Content

CryptoSonus uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with some summaries, interpretations, market-impact analysis, classifications, and audio narration.

AI-generated content can contain errors or incorrect interpretations.

In particular, AI-generated content may be:

• Inaccurate

• Incomplete

• Outdated

• Misleading

• Missing important context

• Based on incorrect or incomplete source information

CryptoSonus does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, timely, unbiased, or suitable for making financial decisions.

You should not treat AI-generated content as a substitute for independent research or professional advice.

Where practical, users should review the underlying or original news source before relying on a material factual claim.

5. Market-Impact Analysis

CryptoSonus may describe the potential or possible effects that particular news events could have on Bitcoin, Litecoin, or other digital assets.

Such analysis represents general commentary and interpretation.

Statements describing possible market impact are not predictions or guarantees of future price movements.

For example, an analysis stating that a particular event "could support Bitcoin" does not mean that Bitcoin will increase in value.

Similarly, an analysis stating that an event "could create downward pressure" does not mean that the asset will decline.

Market outcomes are uncertain and may differ substantially from the analysis provided.

6. News and Third-Party Sources

CryptoSonus obtains and processes cryptocurrency-related information from third-party and publicly available sources.

The App may summarize, transform, interpret, or narrate information originating from those sources.

Third-party information may change, become unavailable, contain errors, or be published with incomplete information.

CryptoSonus does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or continuing availability of third-party news or source material.

Where an original source is identified, users are encouraged to consult the original source for additional context.

CryptoSonus does not represent itself as the original publisher of third-party news unless expressly stated.

7. Audio Content

CryptoSonus may convert news summaries and analysis into audio using text-to-speech technology.

The audio version may differ from the wording, formatting, emphasis, or pronunciation of the underlying text.

Automated speech may occasionally contain pronunciation errors or other imperfections.

Audio content remains subject to the disclaimers and limitations contained in these Terms.

8. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

We attempt to provide useful and timely information, but CryptoSonus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available

• News will be available immediately after publication

• Information will always be current

• Summaries will always accurately represent the original source

• AI analysis will always be correct

• Audio will be free from errors

• Information will be complete

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

CryptoSonus may contain information that becomes outdated without notice.

9. Your Account

CryptoSonus requires an authenticated user account to access the App.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Not sharing your account in a manner that violates these Terms

• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or material violations of these Terms.

10. Mandatory Acceptance of These Terms

Acceptance of these Terms is required to access and use CryptoSonus.

During account registration or before first use, you must affirmatively confirm acceptance by selecting the applicable checkbox:

"I have read and agree to the CryptoSonus Terms of Service."

The checkbox must not be pre-selected.

If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be granted access to CryptoSonus.

Where reasonably possible, we may retain a record of the acceptance, including the date, time, account associated with the acceptance, and the version of the Terms accepted.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we may require you to accept the updated version before continuing to use the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of CryptoSonus is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

• What personal information we collect

• How we use it

• How third-party services process information

• How account deletion works

• Your available privacy choices and rights

The Privacy Policy is available through the App and through the CryptoSonus privacy-policy webpage.

12. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

CryptoSonus may offer paid Premium subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to applicable Google Play terms and conditions.

Premium features, pricing, subscription periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and applicable taxes are presented through Google Play or the App at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a refund for a period already paid for.

Google Play may provide additional cancellation and refund mechanisms according to its policies.

CryptoSonus may change Premium features, prices, or subscription offerings subject to applicable law and applicable notice requirements.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CryptoSonus for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where such activity cannot legally be restricted

• Scrape, systematically download, reproduce, or redistribute CryptoSonus content in violation of applicable rights or these Terms

• Misuse accounts or authentication systems

• Attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls

• Use CryptoSonus to facilitate fraud, deception, or unlawful financial activity

We may restrict access to users who materially violate these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

CryptoSonus, including its software, branding, logos, original design elements, and original materials produced by FYMindS, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CryptoSonus or its protected materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-party news and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Services

CryptoSonus may rely on third-party services, including Google Play, Firebase, Google AdMob, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the independent policies or availability of third-party services.

16. Changes to CryptoSonus

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CryptoSonus, including features, content categories, audio services, Premium features, or other functionality.

We may do so for operational, technical, security, legal, or business reasons.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using CryptoSonus at any time and may delete your account using the account-deletion functionality provided by the App or our designated deletion method.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You materially violate these Terms

• Your use creates a security or legal risk

• Your account is involved in fraud or abuse

• We are required to do so by law

• Continued access is no longer reasonably feasible for operational reasons

Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoSonus and FYMindS will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• Cryptocurrency price movements

• Investment or trading decisions

• Reliance on AI-generated information

• Errors or omissions in news summaries or analysis

• Delays or inaccuracies in third-party information

• Interruptions to third-party services

• Losses resulting from decisions made using information provided by CryptoSonus

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of CryptoSonus, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us where such a requirement would be prohibited by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice and may require you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use CryptoSonus.

The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Developer and the user's applicable jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to the user.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
