Account Deletion Request for CryptoSonus

At FYMindS, we respect your privacy and provide clear and convenient ways to request deletion of your CryptoSonus account and associated personal data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion — Recommended

The fastest way to delete your CryptoSonus account is directly through the App:

1. Open the CryptoSonus app.

2. Go to Profile / Account Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, the account-deletion process will begin and your account authentication data and associated personal profile information will be removed from our active systems, subject to the exceptions described below.

Method 2: External Deletion Request

If you can no longer access the CryptoSonus app, you may request account deletion by email:

For security purposes, please send the request from the email address associated with your CryptoSonus account. We may request additional information if necessary to verify account ownership.

2. Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the following information from our active systems, where applicable:

• Authentication Data: Your Firebase Authentication account, including your email address, user ID (UID), password credentials, and linked authentication providers.

• Profile Information: Your display name, profile picture URL, and email address stored in our database.

• App Preferences: Your selected news categories, playback settings, and account-associated playback or "Mark as Played" history.

• Terms Acceptance Record: The record associated with your acceptance of the CryptoSonus Terms of Service and related account records, unless retention is required for legal, security, or other legitimate purposes.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period or may be maintained by third-party providers where required or permitted by law.

Google Play Purchase and Subscription Records

Records relating to purchases and subscriptions are processed and maintained through Google Play Billing. Certain transaction and subscription information may remain available to Google and may be retained by us where necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Aggregated or Anonymized Analytics

We may retain aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual user, such as overall application usage statistics. This information may be used to analyze and improve CryptoSonus.

Security and Backup Logs

Certain technical or security logs may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal purposes. Information contained in system backups may also remain until the relevant backup is automatically overwritten in accordance with our backup-retention procedures.

4. Processing Time

In-App Deletion

Account deletion initiated through the App begins immediately. Core account and profile data will be deleted or anonymized from our active systems as part of the deletion process.

Email Requests

Manual deletion requests submitted by email are normally processed within 7 business days, subject to identity verification and any legal or technical requirements that may apply.
