Staging: I tried keep the rule of thirds in mind throughout the animation. I also didn't want the animation to be cluttered with to many things, but not have complete empty space everywhere.
Squash and Stretch: I wanted the shape of the cannon to be exaggerated when it shot the cannon ball out. However for the cannonball I wanted it to be a little more realistic, but still cartoonish so I added slight squash and stretch to it.
Anticipation: I wanted there to be a bit of anticipation before the cannon fired so I had wind up a bit slower, but it may be a little to slow.
Challenges:
1. A few things that I struggled with was getting the cannon to move the way I wanted to. I tried grouping the different movements like the cannonball but, I could get it to move exactly like I wanted to.
2. Doing the keyframes was a bit annoying because I would set a keyframe then want to change the movements. Then I would have to redo the a few that were before it or afterwards.
