• How do I place an order?

You can place an order from our Menu page or you can order here

• How far in advance should I order?

Order forms are open five weeks in advance and you can order as early as four days before collection

• Do you offer delivery?

Currently, Crumb Hose is collection-only from Fareham.

• Can I order for a specific date or event?

Absolutely! Just include your preferred date when ordering and I'll confirm availability.

• Are your cupcakes vegan?

All cupcakes are eggless as standard. Vegan versions are available on request - just let me know when ordering!

• Do you offer allergen-friendly options?

I do my best to accommodate dietary needs. However, all bakes are made in a home kitchen which handles common allergens (including nuts, gluten and dairy) so I can't guarantee zero cross-contamination.

• Can I customise flavours or fillings?

Yes! You can choose from the Core Crumb Collection and add jam or ganache fillings. If you want a different flavour that's available within the menu then just let me know!

• What sizes do your cupcake boxes come in?

You can order boxes of 4, 6 or 12.

• Do you offer larger or custom orders?

Yes - just get in touch to discuss celebration boxes, gifting or bulk orders 

• Do you do celebration themed cakes or cupcakes?

If you have something in mind, feel free to ask. I am currently only offering cupcakes. but there is always more on its way!

• Can I order if I'm not local?

At the moment, Crumb House is collection-only. If you're nearby or visiting Fareham, I'd love to bake for you! Please be aware that collection days are Friday afternoons only.
