Information: Deputy Chief Arty is the Deputy Team Commander and the leader of 40 Squad of the LAPD SWAT. He is noted as one of the departments best officers, since the start of his career he has been responsible for saving the lives of countless officers and civilians alike and bringing the worst the city has to offer to justice. He is a Brilliant Strategist and a voice of the people.
