Meet the chef Alessandro Vassallo

Originally from Palermo, Italy, Chef Vassallo is renowned for his Mediterranean cuisine enriched with global influences. 

He has been featured on major Italian television programs such as La Prova del Cuoco and Alice TV, and has earned the prestigious Gambero Rosso “2 Forks” award. As a proud Made in Italy Ambassador, Alessandro serves as the personal chef to the Rotary Club of Rome, acts as Chef Ambassador for the Association of Magistrates and Judges, and teaches at the Italian Chef Academy in Rome
