Your user Account can be deleted via the app. This will delete all fleet data as well as your account.
If you cannot access the app to delete your account please read the following to submit an Account deletion request:
How to request deletion:
Send an email to : conorcronineng@gmail.com with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
and include the email address used in your CroTrack account.
When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile
Equipment and fleet records
Service and maintenance history
Uploaded photos and files
App usage data linked to your account
Some limited records may be retained if required for:
Legal compliance
Fraud prevention
Subscription transaction records handled by Google Play
These records are retained only as long as required by law.
Deletion requests are completed within 7 days.
