Elder Jasen Conrad-- J works as a Social Worker serving at-risk youth and their families. He is married to Hannah and together they have two beautiful chicas – Ryleigh and Abigail. J and his family are South Shore folk who followed God’s call to venture past the 495 into the foreign lands of the North Shore to join in the planting of Crossroads. At Crossroads J is an Elder and oversees Missional Communities. On any given Sunday you may find him climbing out of the dumpster, serving communion or something in between - all for the Glory of God Alone.

Elder Jeff Leonard-- Jeff grew up outside of Philadelphia and met his wife, Amy, at Penn State University. After college he worked in Connecticut for three years before moving to Long Island in 2006 to practice as an architect. At Crossroads Jeff serves as an elder and is part of the worship team on Sunday mornings. He and Amy live in Setauket with their two boys, Andrew and Tim. He loves baseball, rock n’ roll, and cheeseburgers, pretty much in that order.

Deacon VJ Tunkel--VJ is a music teacher in the local school district, a fantasy football commissioner/champion, and part-time thrill seeker. VJ's responsibilities at Crossroads include Volunteer Coordinator, Alpha Administrator, leading Missional Community #2, the leader-discipleship program, and being a member of the worship team and teaching rotation.

Deacon Leighton Mears-- Leighton grew up right here in Stony Brook. After H.S. he continued at NY Maritime college and then he worked in the merchant marines sailing and traveling. He met his wife Mimi after returning to long island where he is a local business owner. Leighton is on the deacon board and the worship team at Crossroads Church. Leighton and Mimi reside in Wading River and are parents of three children, Liam, Kyra and Connor. He spends his free time sailing, hiking, skiing. He loves live music and sharing a good meal with his friends and family.
