At CrossFit WV, your membership includes professionally programmed workouts that are designed and scaled specifically to increase your fitness capacity, daily training instruction from a team of certified coaches, and one-on-one help whenever you need it. We are committed to helping you to achieve your goals. Your success is our success.
Unlimited Membership
Our unlimited membership provides the following features for those individuals looking to make the most of their fitness journey:
Multiple class times | Multiple times per day
Access to CFWV's SugarWOD account to track and manage your workouts
Access to the CFWV BURN class and our Open Gym
Any and all gymnastics, nutrition and weightlifting events/seminars hosted by CFWV
Burn Class
Our BURN class represents full body programming performed at a high intensity for longer periods of time, integrating low barbell weights and/or body weight as resistance. Attending this class helps to increase your overall fitness and endurance, improve muscular strengths, and burn calories to help aid fat loss. BURN classes are one-hour in length and occur on Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m.
BOOTCAMP
If you are new to CrossFit, you'll start off in our Bootcamp program. This beginner program will coincide with the regular classes but will operate in a scaled-down fashion. This will help you learn proper technique for each CrossFit movement while being monitored by one of our certified coaches. Once you're ready, you can then easily integrate into the regular classes and start earning those PRs!
Private Training
Whether it's in preparation for an upcoming competition or a simple desire to keep improving, you can take advantage of our private training sessions with a certified CrossFit coach. Private training is separate from our unlimited membership option. These one-on-one sessions can be scheduled by contacting our CFWV office at (304) 389-6250 or by email at crossfitwv@gmail.com.
Nutrition Challenges
At CFWV, we like to challenge our members in the gym and at home. We realize that transforming your wellness through nutrition is simple but not easy. We are here to help you change your life by creating nutrition habits that support your fitness and lifestyle.
