Parent volunteers greatly contribute to the success of Crofton High School's Music Department. It's so fun to serve alongside one another while we support our students and earn money that benefits the band, chorus and orchestra programs.

Volunteer Opportunities for the 2026-27 School Year

Music Boosters will sell flowers and candy in the lobby during every concert hosted at the school this year (including middle school concerts). Sign-up to help our team tead Toni Vance during our October concerts (Tuesday, Oct. 27 and Thursday, Oct. 29).

Do you have a student involved with marching band? Check out the CCMB volunteer page, which lists sign-ups for every Friday night home football game and Saturday competition.

The Cardinal Cabaret will be here before we know it (February 20, 2027)! • Anne Arundel County Public Schools now require all parent volunteers and chaperones to complete a higher-level fingerprint supported background check that does not expire as long as you have a student enrolled in AACPS. Fingerprint-supported background checks must be scheduled through the Fingerprinting Office at 410-222-5045. The Fingerprinting Office is located at the AACPS Central Office on Riva Road and is open from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday through Thursday and walk-ins from 8:30 to 4:00 on Fridays. The cost of fingerprinting is $61.75.
