Before commissioning me, you must fully read and agree to my TOS. Any issues or disagreements in my terms of service will result in you being unable to commission me. I have the right to deny service to anyone.

Suit complexity

I have the right to turn down or upcharge your design based on complexity. Overly complex designs will result in higher prices.

Quotes & Payments

The quote doesn’t include shipping or tax.

Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of your suit when completed. Taxes will be 10% of your quote. I do take payment plans, if that is something you would like to do, please discuss further with me.

All of my commissions are required to be paid in full within 24 hours or within the agreement of the payment plan. Any issues with this will result in a refund and no commission.

Payments are accepted through PayPal or Venmo via invoice only.

Shipping

Shipping can be costly sometimes. Please keep in mind that I cannot control this as it’s based on USPS prices, if you would like insurance on your package it will cost extra.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, but I will neatly and safely package your suit. I also am not responsible if you give me the wrong shipping address, so make sure to double check. I do ship international, but the customer is required to pay the full cost (keep in mind I live in the US and shipping out of country will be costly)

Reference & measurements

A digital 2 view ref sheet is required aswell as a small description of things you would like on the suit.

I require measurements in inches for your head, arms, and feet size depending on the commission. I’m not responsible if you give me the wrong sizing! (Bodysuit commissions are not taken at this time)

Deadlines

I will never work with a deadline! I can give you a estimate of when the suit will be done but it’s never for sure. Please remember I also have a full time job and suit making is a side job.

Suit progress

If you have any issues with the suit while it’s being worked on please let me know! I cannot change anything once it is sewn in place, but I will be sure to change it while it’s patterned.

I do give progress photos as I believe it’s an important part of suit making! If you ever want progress photos just politely ask!

Allergy Notice

Please keep in mind i do have pets. Though I try my best to keep them away from my supplies i cant guarantee an allergy free suit. If this concerns you, I would choose a different maker. I also put dryer sheets in completed suits when shipping to keep them smelling fresh, if this is a concern to you please notify me.

Refunds

I don’t give refunds if the suit is complete or almost complete. If I've already started working on your suit I will give you a 50% refund (not including taxes or material cost). If everything is ordered and the suit isn't started, I will give you a refund for everything but the material cost. Refunds will also not be given to customers using stolen characters. Forced refunds can result in legal action!

Minors

Unfortunately, my larger commissions are 18+, no exceptions. For small parts I will work with those 16+ with a parent's permission. A valid ID will be required for all commissions.

Refurbishments

Suits are built with the best of my ability and should last a few years. I’m not responsible for damages due to rough suiting or you not caring for the suit. If there are any issues when you receive the suit let me know and I will do my best to work something out with you.

I will refurb and repair suits of new or old customers, just ask about refurb commissions!
