My dissertation research has been possible thanks to the generosity of Honduran families working in agriculture, for whom I have my deepest gratitude. This work resulted from my 6-year collaboration with the International Food Policy Research Institute, in Washington, DC. From my work with IFPRI, I have participated in the following fieldwork:
5-rounds panel data collection for the impact evaluation of the Alliance for the Dry Corridor intervention in Honduras (2015-2019) (includes Dissertation fieldwork)
3-rounds panel data collection for the impact evaluation of the Feed the Future program in Honduras (2012-2015)
Impact evaluation of Technoserve's program for coffee and beans value chains in Honduras (2018)
Panel data collection for the impact evaluation of MCC’s rural connectivity and electrification program in El Salvador (2010-2011)
With colleagues from the Midland Project, I have also participated in fieldwork in northern Mozambique in 2021, where we collected drone images of different farming systems for validation of remote sensing processing.
