It’s very simple to launch the application for PC. However, the steps for Windows & Mac vary from each other. For your easiness, we’ve explained the launching steps for both systems:
Press the Windows icon and type Design Space inside the Search box.
Now, tap on the Cricut Design Space app to launch the application.
You can also select the Pin to Start to pin the shortcut and reach it easily.
Click on the ‘Finder’ and tick on ‘Applications’.
Under the name column, the ‘Cricut Design Space’ app will be available.
Double-click on the app, and it’s ready for launch on your device.
You need to drag the application to the Dock to pin the app’s shortcut within easy reach.
Cricut Explore and Cricut makers were especially formed to work fluently with the Design Space. However, you still need a physical cartridge to complete the printing process. First, you must sign in to the Design Space on your devices using your credentials.
Ensure your Cricut machine is powered on and connected to your system via a USB cable.
You can also insert a Cartridge adapter into the USB port on your computer.
Inside the Account Menu, tick on the ‘Link Cartridge’ and select the Cricut Device.
Now, insert the cartridge inside the cartridge port or plug your cartridge into the adapter.
Wait for a few minutes till the Design Space gets connected to the cartridge.
After connecting with the cartridge, click the ‘Link Cartridge’, and the linking process will get started.
Once the process gets completed, the notification will come into your system.
Now, remove the cartridge from the machine or adapter.
You are ready to link other cartridges and view your cartridges.
Tap the ‘X’ icon to return to the home or canvas.
If you’ve already paired your cartridges with your account via Cricut Craft Room software, it’ll automatically be available in your Design Space account.
Ensure you don’t connect the Cartridge adapter to the USB port on the Cricut Maker.
