At CricEvolution, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed. By registering for our events or using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Event Registration Fees

• All event registration fees are generally refundable.

• Fees paid for add-on services, such as merchandise, special seating, or meal packages, are also subject to the refund terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Event Cancellation by CricEvolution

   • If an event is canceled by CricEvolution due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, or operational challenges), Players are entitled to a full refund of the registration fees. (excluding Taxes)

   • If an event is canceled by CricEvolution due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, or operational challenges), Partner (Sponsors, Vendors, Franchise and others) are entitled to a full refund of the Amount. (excluding Taxes)

2. Event Rescheduling

   • If an event is rescheduled, participants & partners may choose to:

     • Transfer their registration to the new event date.

     • Request a olny 75% if the rescheduled date is unsuitable.

3. Participant & Partners Cancellation

   • Refund requests initiated by participants & partners are subject to the following conditions:

     • Up to 14 days before the event: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.

     • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

   • Refunds due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at CricEvolution's sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and services are non-refundable:

• Transaction fees or payment gateway charges or Taxes.

• Merchandise or custom items already delivered.

• Late registration fees or expedited processing fees.

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to cricevolution@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Event Name]".

• Provide the following details in your request:

  • Full name

  • Event name and registration details (player id or partner id)

  • Reason for requesting a refund

  • Attach Resigtraion Copy provided by CricEvolution

• Refunds will be processed within 1 - 4 business days of approval.

5. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.

6. No-Show Policy

• Participants who fail to attend an event without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for any refund.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

CricEvolution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all registrations made after the effective date.
