Rules 

Trial class: The trial class fee is 20 SGD. After deciding to sign up, pay all the course fees and reduce the trial class fee paid before. 

试课：试课费用20新币，决定报名后缴纳所有课程费用并减免之前所缴纳的试课费。

Leave of absence and make-up class: You have a maximum of two opportunities to ask for leave every semester, you should not show up in the class that you ask for leave, and the latest time to ask for leave is two hours before the start of the course. The course you ask for leave can extend to the next semester if you register and paid successfully. You can also take a course in any other category before the end of the current semester.

请假与补课：每学期你最多有两次请假机会，最晚在课程开始前两小时请假，请假后不得出现在请假的课程内。请假的课程如再次报名且付款成功可以延顺到下一学期，请假的课程也可以在本期结束前，参与任意其他类别的课程。

Refunds: 1. Unable to participate in follow-up courses due to physical reasons 2. During the semester ,students who are about to graduate from our school and will return to their home countries can present the itinerary.The dead line of the refund is the first minute of the last course of the semester you purchased. The amount of the refund depends on the course that haven't process. The courses that ask for leave are not included 3. Errors caused by teachers, staff negligence, or inaccurate information transmission.

退费：1. 身体原因无法参与后续课程 2. 学期课程进行中，从本校毕业将要回国的同学可出示行程单，退款截止时间为付款课程学期最后一节课上课前，逾期不予退款。退款的课程仅限已购买且尚未进行的课程，不包含请假过的课程 3. 由于教师，工作人员工作疏忽，或信息传达不准确所造成失误。

Transfer: Registered regular courses can be replaced by your friends or other courses before the end of the semester you register, but the deferred courses cannot be transferred to others

转让：已报名的常规课程在学期结束前，可以让您的朋友代替，或转去其他课程，延顺的课程不可转让给他人。
