Crestwood Community Center

Mission Statement: Crestwood Community Center (CCC) was started to fill a void in our area for nondenominational activities and programs for adults.  Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space to foster personal growth and community connections.  We provide programs and services to support health and adult education. Currently we host a weekly SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) balance and fitness class.  Residents completed surveys to indicate preferred activities. Book and puzzle swaps continue plus rotating regular bingo, dominoes and card games. Monthly crafts, chair volley ball, corn hole and bocce ball tournaments are coming soon.  "Meet Up" trips are in the plans. The CCC plans future lunch programs on local history of the Headwaters Trail, Mantua Historical Society, River Health, Healthy Habits and Everyday Joy. Tentative future plans are to increase open times and days with additional classes and activities. Possible programs are:  penpals with Biomed students, health coaches one to one with Neomed students, ballroom, chair or line dancing.  Please contact: CrestwoodCommunityCenter@gmail.com or follow us on Facebook: Crestwood Community Center.
