Strikes
Strikes are handed out when a member hasn't been doing work, communicating absences, missing meetings, or missing events. 3 strikes causes removal from NHS. 1 and 2 strikes causes us to talk to you. Communication is key!
This form is to be used if you wish to appeal a strike. It may not be used to appeal your stike and has to be filed 2 weeks after the strike is given.
