Cresswind at Lake Lanier Trails and Pathways Committee Purpose and Responsibilities
Thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers who love nature, Cresswind Lake Lanier was able to add to and maintain our Trails assets from 2007 through today with excellent results. The group created six trails, built and maintained steps, paths and bridges and added signage to help you “on your way.”
In mid-2022, the HOA Board determined that the trails were an important amenity for Cresswind residents and that the critical role the Trails and Pathways Club was performing for Cresswind LL dictated the club should become an HOA Committee -- with reporting status to the HOA Board and with primary responsibilities to assist the Board of Directors with:
1) the maintenance of existing trails, trail heads, and pathways, and
2) planning the construction of future trails.
The full HOA resolution creating the Committee, list of members and operations can be seen on the HOA Board minutes.
