Create a trail booklet in electronic format. Plot existing trails on the Cresswind at Lake Lanier WebGIS map and include a description of each trail and pathway. Provide updated booklets to the CAM, as needed.
Notify the Board and CAM regarding upcoming plans to create a new trail or path BEFORE a reconnaissance or work begins. This is important so that adequate notice (2 weeks) can be given to potentially impacted lot owners. Refer all inquiries to the Board.
Plan for future trails and pathways within the community in accordance with Corps of Engineers and local government ordinances and in coordination with the CAM.
Use the Rochester & Associates, Inc. - Cresswind at Lake Lanier WebGIS as a mapping reference.
Provide the Board with a proposed WebGIS map outlining the location of the trail or pathway in relation to residential lots and Corps of Engineers boundaries. Include in the proposal the drainage and erosion prevention plan, construction tasks, timeline, estimated costs, and community information and new trail awareness plan.
Present the plan to the Board and the CAM.
Serve as stewards of trails and pathways and monitor and maintain them regularly for safety and accessibility.
Report maintenance and other issues to the CAM.
Perform minor maintenance in coordination with the CAM. Major maintenance issues may require CAM assistance including but not limited to tree removal, drainage and erosion issues, bridge construction, and coordination with governmental officials. Minor maintenance may include but not limited to:

Perform minor maintenance on bridges, ascents/descents, and signage,
Improve ascents and descents to improve access, and

Promote trail awareness through Waterfall articles, the Daily Update, and guided hikes.
Address the HOA Board on a regular basis to report on the condition of the trails and activities of the committee to maintain them
